Services

Interior doors are usually 1 3/8" thick and can be Solid Wood, MDF (medium density fibre board), or Hollow Core (masonite or hardwood plywood). They are most often available ready made or special order in 2 inch increments eg. 24"W x 6'8"H, 26"Wx6'8"H, etc.

Exterior doors are minimum 1 3/4" thick and thicker. They are usually sold in 2 inch width increments and are available in Solid wood, Insulated Metal, or Fibreglass or vinyl sliding doors, etc.

Hardware for interior doors is usually plated but solid materials like brass can be ordered.

Hardware for exterior doors is available plated or solid metal and can be found in many different styles and qualities.

Emergency Door Replacement

In case of a break in, call, and you will be advised of the wait time for a replacement . In case of a problem, i.e. non stock item , then a repair may be done until a permanent door is installed.

Repairs to the following

Solid core wood doors, Hollow core wood doors, Metal clad wood frame doors, Sliding doors, Bi-fold Doors, Pocket doors, Hinged doors (double or single).

Built in cabinet doors, Attic or basement doors, Entry doors.

Lock Replacement

Repair the door lock on site if possible or replace with a suitable one.

If our technician cannot perform the repair then a locksmith can be dispatched to repair the lock or replace the entire unit.

Door Frames and trim

Cracked or twisted frames will be assessed for damage in order to determine a repair or replace strategy.

If an on site repair can be done to a section of the frame or a replacement is needed, an estimate will be done for the cost.
